Pizza is absolutely something that I eat excessively. I recently took a health and well-being survey that asked how many times I eat pizza per week; I blushed and put myself firmly in the “2-4 times” bucket. Low-key, it’s probably my favorite thing to eat and in the era of “one bite, everyone knows the rules,” pizza reviews are commonplace.
As a kid from Akron, I grew up with a popular drive-in diner called Swenson’s where they sling burgers, fry a bunch of sides, and fill you up with endless milkshake flavor combinations. You drive your car up to the building, turn on your lights, and watch as the servers literally run to your car to take your order.
